Q; What are the Check-in & Check out times?
A; Check-in; 2.30pm & Checkout; 11am
Please check in to our Main Reception which is opened 24hrs; Castle Hotel, Great Denmark Street, Dublin 1. This is our head office and it's located only one minute walk away from Student Homes. See Michelle (Manager) on arrival.

Q; What is the difference between an en-suite room and standard room?
A; En-suite room is a bedroom with private shower and toilet.
Standard room is bedroom only were you use the communal shower and toilet.

Q; Can you view rooms?
A; Yes, you can view rooms. Please contact Michelle (Manager) to arrange for a viewing, email info@studenthomes.eu

Q; Do you have the internet?
A; Yes, we do have the internet (broadband - Cat 5 cable required), FREE of charge!

Q; When is payment made?
A; Nightly stay; payment is made on arrival by cash or credit card.
Weekly stay, payment is made on arrival by cash or credit card.
Monthly stay, payment is made in instalments, email for further information.

Q; How is my reservation guaranteed?
A; Nightly and Weekly stay; your reservation is guaranteed by given your credit card details to reserve your room.
Monthly stay; monthly deposit is required, email for further information.

Q; Do I need to pay a security deposit for my monthly stay?
A; Yes, you need to pay one months security deposit before you arrive, it is refunded back to you when you depart.

Q; What is your method of payment?
A; We accept Cash (Euro) and all major Credit Cards.

Q; What is your Cancellation Policy?
A; We require 3 days notice of any nightly stay otherwise one nights accommodation is deducted. One weeks notice for any weekly stay otherwise one weeks accommodation is deducted. One months notice for any monthly stay otherwise one months accommodation is deducted.

Q; Are there any parking facilities?
A; Yes, we have limited parking facilities, FREE of charge.

Q; Is bed linen and towels included in the price?
A; Nightly stay; Yes, included in the price.
Weekly stay; Yes, included in the price.
Monthly stay; No, there’s a charge of €5.00 bedlinen, €1.00 towel

Q; Is breakfast included in the price?
A; No, Student Homes is Self-Catering.

Q; Do you have any other properties to rent out if Student Homes is full?
A; Yes, at the moment we have 2 houses to rent. One house is in Ellesmere Ave, located off the North Circular Rd and the other house is in Blackhorse Ave, located also off the North Circular Rd. There is a bus stop directly located around the corner from each house. Email Michelle (Manager) for further information regarding availability, prices etc...
